Des-Case Extreme Duty Desiccant Breathers
Use the Des-Case Extreme Duty Desiccant Breather (XD) for installations in challenging environments. The XD breather features superior resistance to vibration and impact, and it tolerates a wide range of temperatures.
Des-Case designed the XD breather with quality check valve technology and broad chemical compatibility without compromising its ability to handle a high airflow. On top of this, the breather also features a filter efficiency better than any Des-Case breather at 0.3µ absolute (β0.3≥200).

Colour-Indicating Silica
When the silica turns pink, it is time to replace the unit.
The breather features multiple 0.3-micron filters, which clear solid particulate out of the air as it moves through the unit. The silica beads, on the other hand, absorb harmful moisture, preventing it from entering the machinery.
The top foam pad retains oil mist from the air as it is led out of the container, thus ensuring none of the mist reaches the silica or the outside environment.
